  • Our team has advanced, post-doctoral residency and fellowship training that goes beyond standard physical therapy education. This level of specialization is rare in our region (in fact, we’re the only in the towns we serve!) and allows us to assess and treat more complex cases with precision.

  • We utilize specialized techniques & methods, including msuculoskeletal ultrasound imaging, periosteal and perineural dry needling, blood flow restriction and photobiomodulation.

  • Osteopractic care is an advanced, hands-on approach to treating musculoskeletal pain and movement dysfunction. It combines spinal manipulation, joint mobilization, and targeted soft tissue techniques to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve how your body moves as a whole. As osteopractors, we’re trained to use these techniques safely and precisely, often helping patients find relief when other approaches haven’t fully worked.

  • Rehab shouldn’t stop at “feeling better.” We combine physical therapy with strength training principles to help you build resilience, prevent re-injury, and continue progressing long after symptoms improve. We additionally encourage transition into our on-site and virtually based wellness programs.

  • If your pain keeps coming back or never fully goes away, there’s usually a deeper reason. We don’t just chase symptoms…we figure out what’s actually driving the issue and build a plan to fix it. The goal isn’t temporary relief, it’s getting you moving and living without constantly thinking about your pain.

  • You don’t have to stop training just because something hurts. Whether you’re lifting, running, competing, or just trying to stay active, we help you work through injuries while staying as active as possible. This is performance-based rehab designed to get you back stronger, not just “cleared.”

  • Leaking, pelvic pain, core weakness, or just feeling off during or after pregnancy isn’t something you have to live with. We take a full-body approach to pelvic health, helping you reconnect with your core, restore strength, and feel confident in your body again—whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, or years beyond!

  • Dizziness, vertigo, and lingering concussion symptoms can feel frustrating and unpredictable, but they’re highly treatable when approached correctly. We use targeted assessment and evidence-based treatment to improve balance, reduce symptoms, and help you feel steady and in control again.

  • If you’ve been through physical therapy and didn’t get the results you expected, you’re not alone. Many patients come to us after feeling rushed, overlooked, or stuck doing the same basic exercises. We take a different approach—more time, more precision, and a plan that actually evolves with you and for you.

Every week in clinic and in our wellness programs, we get questions like: “What supplements should I be taking?” “Would peptide therapy help?” “What about GLP-1 medications?” “Should I try ….?” The truth is that the answer is almost always more complicated than people want it to be. Do supplements have a place? Without question. Can peptide therapy be beneficial for the right person? Absolutely. Can GLP-1 medications be a valuable tool? In our opinion, yes. But none of those things replace the foundation. Before you spend hundreds or thousands of dollars chasing the next supplement, treatment, injection, or health trend, ask yourself: ✔ Am I consistently getting enough sleep? ✔ Am I moving my body regularly? ✔ Am I prioritizing protein and whole foods? ✔ Am I staying hydrated? ✔ Am I managing stress as best as I can? ✔ Am I doing these things most days, not just when motivation is high? Because no supplement can consistently outperform poor habits. In our experience, most people don’t need a more advanced solution. They need a stronger foundation. That doesn’t mean supplements, peptides, IV therapies, hormones, or medications are bad. In fact, many can be incredibly helpful tools. But tools work best when they’re built on top of healthy behaviors, not used as a substitute for them. The boring stuff works. Sleep. Movement. Strength training. Protein. Hydration. Stress management. Consistency. Not because it’s trendy. Because it works. And if you’re already doing those things consistently? That’s when many of the advanced tools can become even more effective.
Another year of the Murph challenge in the books 🇺🇸 For those unfamiliar, Murph is a Memorial Day workout created to honor Lt. Michael Murphy and the men and women who have given their lives in service to our country. While it has become a physical challenge for many, at its core it’s really about remembrance, gratitude, and perspective. Every year this workout humbles me, both mentally and physically. But it’s also one of my favorite workouts of the year because even in the hardest moments, it never feels like a burden to finish. It feels like an honor. An honor to run outside in a safe small town in America without fear. An honor to move my body freely. An honor to work out alongside friends. An honor to spend the rest of the day with family. In a world that moves fast and constantly pushes us toward “what’s next,” Memorial Day is such an important reminder to slow down and appreciate the freedoms and simple moments we so easily take for granted every single day. Today our NextGen crew completed our modified Murph circuit style: runs, pull-up modifications, push-ups, and squats. Hard work, good people, and a whole lot of gratitude. So far (as of 4pm) we’ve had 38 people complete this modified circuit. Up for the challenge? We’re excited to share that NextGen is moving into a new location in Norfolk, NE 🎉 Beginning May 12, all new patients will be seen in our new space, as Brenna transitions out of our current subcontracted location as existing cases wrap up. This change has been in the works for some time and is ending on great terms! Our new, independent location allows us to expand our space, increase access to gym-based rehab, and offer even more comprehensive treatment options. We’re incredibly excited for what this means moving forward and to continue advocating for pelvic health and women’s health services in the Norfolk region. More details coming soon!
